Rehab Movement Specialist— Physical Therapist
Our Core Values We don't hang these on the wall — we live them. Every clinician we hire needs to embody these without being asked. Move Every Day — We practice what we preach. Only Good & Great Days — Attitude is a choice. Choose it daily. White Belt Mindset — Always a student, never done learning. Lead from the Front — Show up fully, set the standard. Who You Are You are a licensed Physical Therapist who believes rehabilitation should look more like coaching than passive treatment. You're active yourself, you understand the athlete mindset, and you approach each patient with the goal of not just getting them out of pain — but building them back better than before. You ask "why" before you treat, you can hold your own in front of a camera, and you show up every day ready to learn. If you've ever felt limited by the traditional PT model, this is the role you've been looking for. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Rehabilitation Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions using a movement-first, root-cause approach. Design individualized rehabilitation programs that integrate manual therapy, corrective exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement. Educate patients on anatomy, movement mechanics, and self-management strategies so they leave more capable — not more dependent. Manage a daily caseload of up to 7 one-hour sessions in a 1-on-1 clinical environment. Community Engagement & Marketing Participate in educational content creation across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Represent the clinic at community events, workshops, and outreach programs. Be willing to be on camera for patient demonstrations, educational breakdowns, and clinic content. Collaboration & Growth Collaborate directly with Dr. Peter on complex cases and integrated treatment planning. Stay current on evidence-based practices in PT, sports rehab, and movement science. Contribute to a culture of ongoing education — inside the clinic and in the community. Bring a white belt mindset: come in curious, leave better than yesterday. Requirements ✅ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree with an active Georgia PT license (required) ✅ Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, or movement-based PT settings (new grads welcome; experience preferred) ✅ Strong functional anatomy and biomechanics knowledge ✅ Comfortable on camera and with self-promotion through social media ✅ Active lifestyle — you practice the movement-first philosophy in your own life ✅ Excellent communication and patient education skills ✅ Ability to design and deliver individualized, exercise-forward rehab plans ✅ Team-oriented with a collaborative, growth-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Manual therapy certifications (FAAOMPT, COMT, or equivalent) Dry needling certification ART, FRC, SFMA, DNS, or other movement-based methodology training Background in strength and conditioning, sports performance, or athletic training Experience in content creation or social media education Why Join Us?
