  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Wix), scheduling and patient management (Jane App), customer communications, forms, email, and text messaging (GoHighLevel), Instagram messaging (ManyChat), and advertising and analytics (Google and Meta). They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, staff, or others.

  • Business transfers, if our practice is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

  • With your consent, in any other case.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
